Event 1: Gertie Goose’s Eggcellent Twisted Fairy Tales. On Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th we’re bringing our new show, Gertie Goose’s Eggcellent Twisted Fairy Tales, to the Newcastle Fringe Festival, at Souths Merewether (Winsor Terrace – and yes, that’s without a ‘d’). It’s for kids aged 8 to 108 and, much like ‘Disenchanted: A Cabaret of Twisted Fairy Tales’ it features fairy tale side-characters who are unhappy with their representation. Only this time it’s about animals who are up in arms, paws and claws about how their stories are being told, and thus is hosted by Gertie Goose.
Event 2: Dangerous When Wet – the Musical. Yes, after a fantastic creative development at the Randwick Town Hall Takeover, we are finally bringing our vaudeville-styled musical, Dangerous when Wet for a full season of ten shows at Randwick Town Hall, from 8 to 18th of October. Don’t miss it!
